ORDER PREPARATION

Processing time

Physical orders are prepared in Bangkok within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Good to know

• - Weekends and Thai public holidays are excluded from business days.
• - Processing times for made-to-order or preorder items will be stated on the product page.
• - If there are any unexpected delays, I will contact you using the details provided with your order.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Shipping

All physical orders are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand, via Thailand Post. Orders within Thailand include free registered shipping. International customers can choose between standard untracked shipping and registered shipping with tracking. Shipping rates and any available free shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.

Good to know

• - Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3–7 business days within Thailand and 2–6 weeks internationally.
• - Untracked shipping does not include tracking or compensation for lost parcels, except where required by applicable law.
• - If a registered parcel is officially confirmed lost by the postal carrier, please contact me to arrange a refund.
• - Parcels that are still in transit are not considered lost.
• - International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or fees.

Packaging

Every physical order is carefully packed in Bangkok to help keep your stationery safe on its journey to you.

Good to know

• - Packaging may vary depending on the size of your order and shipping destination.
• - Gift messages are available when offered as an option at checkout.
• - Please reuse or recycle the packaging where possible.

ORDER SUPPORT

Returns and order problems

Returns, exchanges and cancellations are generally not accepted for change-of-mind purchases. Please review your items, quantities and delivery address carefully before placing your order. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me so I can help.

Good to know

• - Please report damaged, faulty or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery, where possible, with your order details and clear photographs.
• - Depending on the issue, a replacement or refund may be offered.
• - You do not need to return a damaged or incorrect item unless otherwise agreed.
• - This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Digital products

Digital products are available for download after payment confirmation. You may print unlimited copies and resize the files for your own personal use.

Good to know

• - Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law or in cases of duplicate charges or faulty files that cannot be resolved.
• - Files are for personal use only.
• - Reselling, sharing, redistributing or giving away digital files is not permitted.
• - Commercial use of the artwork is not permitted without a separate license.
• - Colours may vary depending on your screen, printer, ink and paper.

YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy and website terms

Piscoletters collects and uses personal information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support and send updates when you choose to subscribe.

Good to know

• - Payments are securely processed by Stripe, subject to its own privacy policy.
• - Your personal information will not be sold.
• - Order and delivery information may be shared with service providers when necessary to fulfil your purchase.
• - Marketing emails will only be sent if you have chosen to subscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

WEBSITE ANALYTICS

Shop traffic

To show the shop’s live traffic, Piscoletters counts page views by page and approximate country. A random tab code helps estimate which browser tabs are currently active.

What is stored

• The temporary tab code and current page are used for the live view; a tab is treated as inactive after 90 seconds without activity.
• Daily page-view totals by country and page are kept for up to 90 days.
• Analytics records do not store your IP address or set an analytics cookie. Live counts are approximate and may count more than one open tab per person; inactive tab codes are routinely removed.

OPTIONAL ADS TRACKING

Facebook & Instagram ads

If you choose “Allow tracking,” Piscoletters loads the Meta Pixel (ID 1654572359421895). It shares page views and product, cart, checkout, and verified purchase events with Meta to measure and improve ads. Purchase events include product IDs, total value, and currency, but we do not send payment card details or your email address through this Pixel.

Choosing “No thanks” keeps the Meta Pixel off. Your choice is saved in this browser. To change it later, clear this site’s browser storage and choose again. Checkout works with either choice.
