Physical orders are prepared in Bangkok within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Weekends and Thai public holidays are not counted as business days

Piscoletters ships worldwide from Bangkok, Thailand. Standard shipping is untracked, with registered tracked shipping available as an upgrade at checkout.

Good to know

Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–7 days within Thailand and 2–6 weeks internationally
Untracked parcels are not eligible for replacement or refund if lost
Registered parcels are refundable only when the carrier officially marks them as lost; parcels still in transit are not refundable
Buyers are responsible for destination-country customs or import charges where applicable
