Shipping Details

FREE standard shipping within Thailand on orders over 500 THB, and on International orders over 5,000 THB. This shipping method does not include tracking number.
Orders are shipped from Bangkok with ThaiPost
Orders will be packaged and shipped within 1-8 working days, except for Holidays or exceptional circumstances that will be notified in the shop.
We are not responsible for lost packages for untracked shipping option. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer in our hands. Please allow up to one month for package arrival due to COVID/holidays conditions before contacting us regarding late/lost packages.
Tracking number available only if registered shipping option has been purchased at checkout.
No cancellations or refunds after order has been shipped. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or make changes to your order.

Estimated delivery times (this could change depending on how busy the postal services are, specially during Christmas, summer, and other holiday):

Within Thailand - 1 day to 4 business days
South East Asia - 5 to 14 business days
Rest of the world - 1 to 4 weeks (depending on mail traffic, holidays etc.)
