FAQ
1. What are available payment methods?
We accept credit/debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) and PayPal. Note that for Paypal option, we will send you the Paypal invoice within 12 hours after the order has been placed and the payment should be done within 24 hours after receiving the Paypal payment link. Otherwise, your order will be automatically cancelled.
2. Do you ship internationally? What are the shipping methods?
Yes, we ship internationally with Thai Post but please refer to "Shipping Announcement" to see available destinations at the moment.
There are two types of shipping to be selected : Untracked mail / Registered mail. We won’t be responsible for lost mail with Untracked shipping method.
Free shipping (untracked) worldwide on order with value more than THB 5,000. If you wish to upgrade to Registered mail in this case, please contact us.
*From our record, 98% of the untracked mails reach destination perfectly. The 2% is sent back to us due to destination’s local post office cannot deliver the mail at the given address. For this case (returned package), we don’t have refund policy unless it’s our own mistake of typing the wrong address and resulting in the return package (“incorrect address”). If the returned package is due to “unclaimed”, “moved”, “refused”, the customer will need to pay the shipping fee for the re-shipping in which they can choose to upgrade to registered mail this time.
3. I just placed an order but forgot to add something, can I still add them to my existing order?
Yes, you can! As long as your order hasn't been shipped, you can always make an additional order with no extra shipping charge. Just send us an email and we will offer you the free shipping code that need to applied at check out page for your additional order. Everything will be shipped out together.
4. What is your refund policy?
Refund can be only made if the package is insured via Registered mail. If the package arrived damaged, please provide the photo evidence within 7 days of the delivery so that we can claim the damaged package to the post office with the evidence. If you did not claim the package at the post office and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the item (not for the shipping fee). In case of incomplete/incorrect given address and the package got lost, there will be no refund. So please make sure to have the right name and address including the apartment number.
5. Do I need to pay customs, duties, taxes?
The value added tax (VAT) rules in the European Unions (EU) were amended and the changes become effective as of 1st July 2021. Previously, commercial goods imported into the EU up to a value of 22 EUR were exempted from VAT. As of July 1st, all commercial goods imported into the EU will be subject to VAT and will require formal customs declaration.
All fees, VAT/customs/taxes etc., imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of customers. We are not responsible for delays due to customs nor any customs and import taxes that may apply. If the package is sent back to us by your custom, additional shipping will needed to be processed before we resend the package back to you. No refund will be issued (Please refer to FAQ #4. For refund policy)
